These terms govern use of the PengKernel LLC ("PengKernel") website and general inquiries submitted through it. They do not cover the scope, deliverables, or liability terms of any consulting engagement — those are set out in a separate signed services agreement per client.
agent-watchdog and DeskPilot are proprietary software products of PengKernel LLC, offered under separate commercial subscription terms. Use of the products is governed by the applicable subscription or product agreement, not by these website terms.
Content on this site (use-case examples, feature descriptions, roadmap items) is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of results.
To the extent permitted by law, PengKernel LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content outside of a signed services agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, where PengKernel LLC is formed, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
